Jaclyn personally scours the globe for the best of everything, then treats her ultra-high net worth clients to hidden gems based on their specific interests.

Her black book holds access that money can’t buy…

Like knowing the family-owned, zero marketing, no signage, hole-in-the-wall $1 hot pot in China that’s so good it will be a memory itself.

Jaclyn is the founder and owner of Sienna Charles, which is an ultra-luxury agency providing travel and lifestyle services for the top 1% globally. Sienna Charles works on an annual membership model that starts at $75,000 and goes up to $150,000 per year for access and planning. Jaclyn states that her clients don’t take vacations. Instead, they travel as a lifestyle, which tends to maximize their access in the membership model.

Membership fee includes access to Jaclyn as well as designated concierge staff, and (possibly most impressively) the team’s promise of a 5-minute response times for clients via WhatsApp. Clients pay all the fees beyond the planning separately, such as private aviation, security, estate rentals/yachts, etc.

Sienna Charles is known for going to extreme lengths for their client requests, such as a brunch served on top of Arc de Triomphe in Paris, a private Taylor Swift concert, exclusive Formula 1 all-access, and closing the Louvre for a private visit. However, Jaclyn believes the most memorable moments of a trip often aren’t over-the-top. She likes to leave room for magic in the moment with a high level of personal touch.

The reason Jaclyn is featured on The Luxury Hour isn’t simply because of the level she plays at. It’s the unique way of approaching her business and planning, completely bespoke to her clients, which can’t be replicated by competitors.

What Jaclyn provides is so much more than ultra-luxury travel and lifestyle services. It’s something more premium: personal recommendations from what she’s tried first —and paid for— herself that perfectly match her client’s unique hobbies, interests, and affinities.

She opens doors to experiences that client’s never could have imagined, because the things she arranged couldn’t be found on Google (or even booked by a competitor).

That’s something money can’t buy, making it even more exclusive.

Jaclyn spends 200 days a year finding the highest quality products and experiences across the globe. From spa treatments in Asia, to healing ceremonies in India, and private estate rentals on Lake Como, she leaves no stone unturned. Once she sources the best in the world (note: not necessarily the most expensive), they go into her Little Black Book, which is where she goes to curate unique and memorable client itineraries.

With an eye for the extraordinary, an appreciation for uncompromising quality, and a deep understanding of personal tastes, India has quietly unearthed the most remarkable travel and lifestyle experiences. - Sienna Charles’ website

Human Luxury Lesson: Pricing alone doesn’t equal exceptional experiences. Keeping the unique client in mind and shaping opportunities around that person is one of the best ways to create the highest value. The more personalized your work is, the less it’s repeatable.

Deeply consider this: what are your client’s pain points, are you a resource beyond your current clients? Do people see you as someone who has a vetted, trusted network of experts that can solve any problem?

What extraordinary lengths do you go for your clients? Where can you say, “I’ve done this first, and here’s why I believe this will work for you…”? How much of your client’s unique tastes integrated into your relationship with them?

If this lit something up for you, let’s talk more. You can contact me at the button below to schedule a private consultation or speaking engagement.
